Shick Trade Show Exhibit

Lawrence Fabric & Metal Structures, Inc.

This frame-supported structure combined printed, unprinted and backlit tensioned fabric with impressive metal structures. The metal and fabric lounge area is 20 feet long, 17 feet wide and 20 feet tall. The tapered square with legs is 30 feet long, 30 feet wide and 11 feet tall.

The client wanted us to create an eye-catching, show-stopping exhibit for the International Baking Industry Exposition. We were given a rendering to follow and our actual fabrication results were remarkable.

What separates this project is the amount of varying materials (printed and unprinted fabric, stretch and non-stretch fabric, metal, etc.) needed to achieve the client’s desired appearance. Combining the materials with the vast compound radius structures, all of which had to break down for economic freight and easy assembly, resulted in a captivating exhibit on the trade show floor.

The client was overwhelmed that the final structure actually surpassed preconceived expectations. In addition, there were multiple sales leads that resulted, therefore increasing their ROI and enhancing industry presence.
