The annual BMW International Open is the top German golf event for players and spectators as the tournament organizer always succeeds in attracting first-class international stars from the Masters circuit to Eichenried. The number of spectators also speaks for itself: the BMW International Open is one of the 10 best-attended golf tournaments.

The client requested attractive showrooms for his products, a nice hospitality room for the guests with a good view at the 18th hole and several smaller tents.

For the hospitality room, we erected a 30-meter by 40-meter two-story tent for the Fairway Club with a view of the decisive 18th hole from the terrace, along with additional small tents. An attractive 20-meter by 20-meter SOLUTION event tent was used to present the newest products and for hospitality. The SOLUTION tent is already an established concept in the challenging event business. It is appealing due to the very low slope of its top (only five degrees) and it is available in span widths of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 meters with side heights of four meters and six meters. Rimmed with fascia, the event tent has an appealing exterior which hardly has anything in common with conventional gable roof tents. The outside appearance of the SOLUTION is that of a futuristic exhibition hall. The new slim profile of the glazing gives the cubic building a sophisticated and very classy appearance.

The client, the guests, the sponsors and all the fans were pleased with the tent solutions and they had fantastic views from the terrace in the second story.
