2040 in Monte Carlo, France

The client wanted to shade the terrace of this luxurious coffee shop, next to the Casino of Monte Carlo, while sustaining the typical design of the supporting frame according to the French design. For this project we installed some Semi-Cassette 2040 Retractable awnings side-by-side with white acrylic fabric.

The purpose of the project was to create a new setting in the beautiful and central square of Monte Carlo, creating a fresh area for the central Cafe de Paris. The project was developed and supervised by the technical department of the Principality of Monaco. The complexity of the project was to give a functional, high-quality product while respecting the beauty of the square where the awnings were installed. Installing the 2040 model to create a ‘self-standing’ structure was the ideal solution for covering the space.

The results were great and we were able to upgrade the beauty of this prestigious location.
