Custom Cole

The customer wanted to restore a custom-made Cole boat as close to original as possible. Tremendous detail work and multiple colors were required to restore it to a like-new condition.

It was difficult to find the extreme colors to match the paint. Five different colors of vinyl and one color of Sunbrella® were used. Roll ’N Pleat using 2-inch strips of fabric sewn to 1/2-inch foam and folded over concealed all seams. It was tedious and time-consuming, but produced fantastic results.

The customer’s cherished boat looks like new and is turning heads every day.
