Endeavour Green Conversion Top

This project involved designing and building a top which, when raised, will provide a traditional look and can have a full enclosure hung on it. When lowered, it will provide a cover for the cockpit. All of this was done with two remotely controlled electric winches hidden in the structure.

No part of this project was “off the shelf,” from the creation of the arches to the use of Dyneema® cables to hoist the top into place. The customer was very satisfied, and JSI will be doing more of these tops.
